Parade and costume contest: 5:00-6:00PM in the big outdoor ring weather permitting (otherwise in the Indoor ring)
Potluck: 6:30PM- 8:00PM

Parade participants should also plan to have a station to hand out candy during the parade and bring a dish to pass for the potluck!
