Maryland Horse Park System

Developed by the Maryland Horse Industry Board, the Maryland Horse Park System is an alliance of three cornerstone equestrian destinations – Prince George’s Equestrian Center, Fair Hill Special Events Zone, and the Maryland Horse Library & Education Center. In partnership with qualifying Affiliate Members, the unified mission is to promote Maryland as a world class equine industry and destination.

    The only equine complex in the world with a Thoroughbred training center, a 1-mile irrigated turf course, an international five-star (CCI5*) Eventing venue, regulation arenas for show jumping and dressage, 5,000 acres of public riding trails and fields, a state-of-the-art equine therapy center.

    #MDBred La Castiglione started her 2023 season on #MDBred La Castiglione started her 2023 season on Monday with a gate-to-wire victory in the City of Phoenix Stakes at Turf Paradise! It's the fourth stakes win in six races for this 5-year-old mare, bred by Dr. & Mrs. Thomas Bowman, Dr. Brooke Bowman, and Rebecca Davis. She's now earned more than $200,000 in her 24-race career!

She's owned by Jeff Jacobs, trained by Juan Quintana Gutierrez, and ridden by Harry Hernandez.
    A pair of #MDBreds picked up their first career st A pair of #MDBreds picked up their first career stakes wins at Laurel Park last Saturday! Plot the Dots prevailed in the Jennings for trainer Lynn Cash's Built Wright Stables, while Jerry Robb-trained Award Wanted scored in the Geisha Stakes for No Guts No Glory Farm and Erica Upton!

Plot the Dots was bred by the Elkstone Group LLC and has earned more than $436,000 lifetime. Award Wanted was bred by Dr. Alexandro Rubim Dias and has bankrolled $350,450.
