With a motto of “From Green to Gold” Fair Hill International provides opportunities for riders of all levels to train and test their mounts through schoolings, clinics, Starter Trials, and Nationally Recognized Horse Trials – from ‘green’ novices to ‘gold’ medal winners.
Fair Hill’s gently rolling terrain, meandering streams, and thick, lush turf make it the ideal venue for eventing. Its location, halfway between Baltimore and Philadelphia in Fair Hill, Maryland, makes it a popular competition destination.
Fair Hill International runs on the property of the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area.
Freedom Hills Therapeutic Riding Program is a non-profit 501(c)3 equine facilitated therapy program for the benefit of people who happen to have disabilities.
Our mission is to provide Equine Facilitated Therapy for the Mind, Body and Soul. Since 1982 therapy has been available to anyone with a physical, mental and or emotional challenge. As a non-profit organization, Freedom Hills exists through the efforts of volunteers, donations, fundraisers and sponsors. Our program is a Premier Center with PATH, a Maryland Horse Discovery Center and a Maryland Certified Program for Farm Based Education.
Volunteers are the heart of Freedom Hills Therapeutic Riding Program. Volunteers should be over 14 years of age, however, we will take younger children if the director feels the child can handle a particular task.
